Welcome. I'm so glad you're here.
Hi, I’m Sarah. I’ll bet you’ve found me because you could use some support. Maybe you’re feeling depressed. Maybe your anxiety keeps you sprinting through your day and lying awake at night. Maybe you just had a baby and aren’t feeling like you think you should. Maybe parenting is turning out to be way harder than you thought it would be.
I can help.
I provide collaborative, individualized, evidence-based therapy to individuals 18 and older. Specialties include anxiety, depression, maternal mental health (pregnancy/postpartum), grief (including miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss), and parenting children with special needs. I’ve also had training in sex therapy and am comfortable discussing this sensitive topic.
I use a personalized approach that may include Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My clients would describe me as warm, kind, and down-to-earth, and I think that there is often space for laughter in the therapy room.
My goal is to create an affirming, nonjudgmental space where I can support you in creating a life worth living — whatever that may look like for you. What positive things would you like to add? What challenges can we problem-solve together? And above all, how can I help?
